Melanie Field attended Mount St. Joseph Academy located in the Montgomery, where she completed in 2006 and proceeded to pursue her Bachelor’s degree at the University of New York. The actor after her Bachelor’s degree went ahead to obtain her Master’s degree from the Yale School of Drama. She wanted to be more than qualified in performing arts and as result waited to finish her education before officially beginning a career in acting.

Melanie right after obtaining her Masters from Yale began her career acting in Broadway shows such as The Phantom of the Opera and Evita, and also the First National Tour of Wicked. She also played role in the USA Network`s pilot titled “The Tap”.
She made her official debut in 2018 when she starred in Heather Chandler as Heather. This movie brought her into the limelight. Melanie is currently starring in the Netflix series titled “You” (2019).
