Athena Strand was a seven-year-old minor and resident of Wise County. It is with much sadness to announced that Athena has been found dead after a two-day search.
According to reports, Athena was kidnapped and murdered by, Tanner Horner, a 31-year-old FedEx truck driver. Tanner Horner, was arrested upon confession to his crimes.
