Looking at the ring, it is made up of emerald and diamond. Both of these two pieces of precious minerals were joined together to form a symbol of love.
Machine Gun Kelly explained that he knows a ring according to tradition is supposed to be one ring. But in what she got for the actress, it is made of two which is designed with Stephen Webster.
The Emerald he says represents the birthstone of Megan and the diamond represents his own birthstone. For this reason, a magnetic band of thorns was used to two each half of diamond and emerald together to form the obscure of heart which represents their love.
In his post on Instagram, MGK wrote: ““yes, in this life and every life” 💍 beneath the same branches we fell in love under, i brought her back to ask her to marry me. i know tradition is one ring, but i designed it with Stephen Webster to be two: the emerald (her birth stone) and the diamond (my birth stone) set on two magnetic bands of thorns that draw together as two halves of the same soul forming the obscure heart that is our love. 1-11-2022 ✨”
