Mike Huckabee is an American politician, author, minister, and television personality. He was born on August 24, 1955, in Hope, Arkansas, United States.
He schooled at Hope High School, then furthered to Ouachita Baptist University, where he obtained a bachelor’s degree in religion.
He proceeded to Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Texas.
Mike is currently married to his longtime girlfriend and politician, Janet McCain.

Mike began his career in the media space at age 14. He read the news and also was a weather forecast at a radio station. Mike served as a pastor after graduation.
He dealt with the problems of drug addicts, pregnant teenagers, and people who were in debt. He became the president of the Arkansas Baptist state convention at age 34.
Mike ran his first political race in 1992, for governor of Arkansas, but lost. In 2015, he announced his intentions to seek the Republican nomination for the presidency, in the 2016 election. He suspended the campaign after a disappointing turn-up in the IOWA caucus in 2016.
He signed a deal with ABC Radio Network to do a daily radio commentary in 2008, named, The Huckabee Report. He also began his own show on the Fox News channel that same year.
In 2012, he launched a talk show on Cumulus Media Networks.
